Have you ever had any experience with a bully or Cyber-bully?

I never had a personal experience with a bully nor a Cyber-bully but I have a friend that has. I told her to avoid the person as much as possible if that doesn't help the situation than get her parent & authority in the situation to avoid any conflict.
